New board member for Demag Cranes

Demag Cranes AG has appointed Thomas H. Hagen (44) the third member of the management board with effect from
May 1, 2007.
Hagen - until recently CEO and sole board member of the Weidmüller Group - will be responsible for Industrial Cranes and Services. CEO Harald J. Joos (52) who is at present responsible for these areas will in future focus more on strategic issues.
