Sofia crane accident hurts four

A large six axle lattice boomed truck crane tipped over while setting up in a crane collapsed in a street off of the main Bulgaria Boulevard in Sofia on Tuesday injuring the operator and three other workers.

The four injured workers were taken to Pirogov Emergency Institute in Sofia where their lives are said not to be in danger.

The police cordoned off the whole area and are still investigating the reasons for the accident but were quick to blame it on a technical fault with the crane.
