Hird adds a further 70 units

In recent years Hird has operated a predominantly Genie fleet, but has recently added a few Manitou articulated booms although this bulk of this new order is for Genie, it has also purchased a number of JLG lifts.

In addition to the aerial lifts Hird has added two 12 tonne Valla cranes along with four more two tonne 20e’s, plus two new tractor units with Andover trailers.

Hird recently joined the Access Link and has seen strong utilisation through 2006 and into the new year. It expects this to continue through 2007.
