JCB launches new HiViz machines

Among JCB's 37 new products at Bauma is the HiViz range of teleandlers. Two machines have been launched - the 535 125 and the 535 140 - both 3.5 tonne machines but with 12 metre and 14 metre lift heights.

JCB's new HiViz telehandler

The aim of the new machines is to enhance visibility particularly to the rear three quarters, and improve manoeuvrability. The boom pivot point has been lowered by 230mm and the rear overhang reduced by 90mm. Turning circle has been reduced by 300mm all helping with moving in restricted areas.

The 63kW DieselMax engine has been side mounted for easier accessibility and the cab has a new dash and instrumentation.
