New Steward mini platform

A new mini scissor platorm has been launched at Bauma. Spotted on the Copma stand, the small scissor platform is the creation of Walter Aldini of San Vittore-based Techoil. Weighing less than 300kg, the unit has a maximum platform height of 2050mm.

Mastermind behind the Steward is Walter Aldini

List price is 8,000 Euros but the unit is self propelled, using two 24 volt, 157 Ah bateries giving a claimed 16 hours of operation. Aldini - very experienced in access platforms - only started the company last summer and has produced a compact machine that is starting to sell well for a variety of low level applications.
