New Piggy-Back handler

Dungannon based Chieftain trailers is expected to launch a new ‘piggy-back’ type fork lift truck which will go head to head with Hiab owned Moffett, the leading producer of truck mounted fork lifts based in Dundalk Ireland.

Chieftain, having originally produced agricultural trailers now builds a wide range of trailers, low loaders and grabs. Few details are available on the new product, but do not be surprised if it features a telescopic boom along the lines of the Manitou Manitransit range. We understand that the range will be named the ‘Mountaineer’.

SED opens on Tuesday next week in Corby, Northamptonshire and runs through Thursday 24th.
