SED 2007

SED opened to a quiet first day today, with sunny weather but seemingly fewer visitors than recent years. With three entrances now open, the traffic problems of last year seem to have been solved.

While attendance seemed thin, most stands reported a steady stream of visitors, and there was certainly a good deal to see.

UpRight announced that its UK dealer IPS had formed a new company to focus on its sales in the UK. Bobcat confirmed that its future outside of Ingersoll Rand would be decided in the next two to three months and Several exhibitors showed new products.

Wednesday is typically a busier day and the sun is set to continue, If you are visiting don’t miss the opportunity to visit the nearby Versalift plant, it is laying on a free shuttle bus and a free lunch.

If you re visiting Access Days, Nifty is organising a bus to SED allowing you to cover both events with the minimum of driving.
