Ruthmann ups its service in France

Ruthmann has restructured its service network in France.

The main aspect of the change is the appointment of Adrien Adams who has been promoted to the position of after sales service coordinator for the country. He joined Ruthmann in 2019 from France Elévateur as a service engineer covering the east of the country, and assumed the tasks of service coordinator over the summer. He is based in Bulgnéville to the south of Nancy.

Adrien Adams

The appointment of Adams as service coordinator has now been formalised with a new central after sales service number +33 6 42 88 33 46. Adams efforts are supported by three other mobile service engineers, Hubert Harpin for Northern France, Emmanuel Hogrel covering Western France and Nicolas Filippi who has covered the South of France since May 2020.

Ruthmann export service team leader Ludger Siebers said: "We are pleased that Adrien Adams has taken over the position of after sales service coordinator in France. Thanks to his many years of experience in the Ruthmann service department, his structured way of working and his organisational skills, he was made for this position."

Replacement parts will continue to be ordered and supplied centrally from Ruthmann headquarters in Germany.

Ruthmann and France Elévateur now share a common owner - Time/Versalift - which also has a significant presence in France in the form of Versalift France, but the moment at least, the three companies retain separate service and support operations.
