Manitou adds UK dealers

Manitou has appointed four new UK construction dealers in the past six months, covering markets in Devon and Cornwall, the Midlands and East Anglia.

The new dealers who will primarily handle the company's telehandler line include: M&M plant in Launceston Cornwall, R&D machinery in Totnes, Devon, SM Plant Sales in Rugby, Warwickshire and Ben Burgess of Norwich and Newmarket.

M&M Plant was established in 2005 after the closure of CRMS, and also handles Case and Neuson construction equipment. Ben Burgess is a John Deere dealer and handles both agricultural and construction trades.

R&D Machinery is a new company established to serve both the agricultural and construction sectors in South Devon, while SM Plant sales handles Benford, Volvo, Atlas Copco and Fermec in central England.
