Euroloc buys again
Euroloc the Spanish based rental company has acquired Gruas Homs, a rental company based in Mataró, northen Catalonia with revenues in 2006 of €21.6 million. Homs, which was founded in 1972 also has 100 employees and six other locations in Granollers, Pineda de Mar, Vic, Girona, Figueres and La Roca.
Homs, which began in the crane business, is now a general rental company, with a fleet that ranges form tower cranes to accommodation, mast climbers and hoists. Products include, Haulotte Booms, UpRight Scissor lifts and Merlo telehandlers.
Euroloc says that this latest purchase will take its network in Catalonia to 10 locations, while its total depot network grows to 51 branches. Vicente Homs, currently director general of Gruas Homs will remain on board, taking over leadership of the expanded Euroloc business in Catalonia.
