Speedy-Hewden deal delayed

The UK Office of Fair Trading has given notice that it has extended the period of consideration for Speedy hire’s acquisition of the tool hire division of Hewden-Stuart by a further period of 10 working days.

The approval process will therefore remain open until July 26th.
