First Magni RTH 8.27 for Luibl

German company Luibl Rental & Sales has taken delivery of the first new 27 metre/8,000kg Magni RTH 8.27 360 degree telescopic handler.

The new model - along with the 25 metre RTH 8.25 - are the first eight tonne 360 degree telehandlers that can be easily transported with standard delivery trucks.

The RTH 8.27 can handle its maximum capacity at eight metres forward reach and a height of four metres, or 11.5 metres with the retracted boom fully elevated. The new model can take four tonnes to a height of 27 metres on its fully extended four section boom, while the maximum forward reach is 23.2 metres with a capacity of 1,000kg. Power comes from a Volvo Stage V diesel, while a Stage IIIA version is available for other markets. Shipments of the new RTH 8.27 began last month.
The manufacturer says that it also plans to add a 10 tonne/37 metre model to the range in the near future.
