The new branch is being built on a 1.5 acre/6,000 square metre plot on the O.K. Business Park Netter Heide. It is intended to cope with increased demand in the area which is currently undergoing rapid growth. The site will include 1,200 square metres of covered space, including a large showroom, a modern workshop and offices, while 3,600 square metres of paved outdoor space will remain for equipment storage and loading etc.

The new branch, which will kick off with seven employees, will be equipped with the latest heating and cooling technology, and include a full set of photovoltaic solar panels on the roof. Completion is scheduled for next summer.

Patrick Wirth of Boels said: “We want to grow and seize opportunities in order to better serve our customers in this region. Doubling the space in and around the new branch means we can store more machines and increase the availability of our full range. With the new workshop, office space and modern facilities, we can also further improve our customer service. The excellent location and accessibility will also make it even easier for our customers to find us.”
