Dave Fox, of ACF explaining the rationale for adding the six and seven metre machines to the fleet said: “A lot of construction sites are running 13 or 17 metre telescopic handlers when, in fact, six or seven metre machines are generally adequate for all the necessary job tasks on a house building site. And, after the work is complete, these compact machines can be put to use on site clearance tasks.”

ACF has a fleet of Manitou telescopic handlers and has been in the business since 1987, originally as Anglian Construction Forklifts. The company also sells and services telehandlers through its sister company ACF Matbro distributors.
