Siteserv's first figures

Irish fencing and scaffolding group Siteserv plc has posted a pretax profit of €5.3 million on revenues of €44.91 million in its first reported financial year as a listed group.

The construction services company said it sees further progress in the year ahead with a favourable outlook in the non-residential sector, but expects the operating environment in the residential sector to remain challenging.

The numbers include results from Donohue Scaffolding Ltd, Holgate Fencing (Ireland) Ltd and Easy Access Ltd from the date of their respective acquisitions by Siteserv.

Siteserv listed on the Dublin IEX and London AIM markets early in November last year and then purchased Holgate Fencing (Ireland) for €19 million. The company also bought Easy Access – the Irish formwork and scaffolding supplier - for a maximum of €23 million in January this year.
