Manitowoc has appointed Ryan Gwillim as a non-executive director, increasing the size of the board from nine to 10 directors.
Gwillim is currently chief financial officer at marine engine and boat manufacturer Brunswick, its products include Mercury Marine, Boston Whaler, Lund, Sea Ray and Bayliner. He joined the business in 2011 in a legal role, moving up through investor relations to financial related roles. He began his career as an associate at management consultant Baker & McKenzie.
