Cargotec has named Carina Geber-Teir as head of investor relations for a demerged Kalmar and named its leadership team.
Cargotec has promoted Carina Geber-Teir to head of investor relations and communications for Kalmar - prior to its flotation later this year. She is currently senior vice president communications for Cargotec and will take up her new role on April the first. She will also join the Kalmar leadership team. She will report to Kalmar president Sami Niiranen who will become Kalmar’s chief executive when it is demerged.

• Alf-Gunnar Karlgren, head of counterbalanced
• Thor Brenden, head of terminal tractors
• Arto Keskinen, head of horizontal transportation
• Shushu Zhang, head of Bromma
• Thomas Malmborg, head of services
• A legal & compliance offer to be recruited
We expect the Kalmar demerger to be confirmed at the end of May and take effect shortly thereafter.
