Snorkel acquisition completes

US anti trust authorities have approved Tanfield’s acquisition of Snorkel.

The new shares that have been issued to fund the deal will go onto the market tomorrow.

While the transaction has been progressing through its formalities, UpRight and Snorkel staff have been working on a forward strategy and how the two businesses will come together.

Full details of its plans are likely to be revealed over the next four weeks, prior to a major distributor meeting UpRight has planned for early September.
