Aerial lift and telehandler manufacturer Genie has appointed Sven Willmann as territory sales manager for Southwest Germany & Switzerland.
He joins the company from Haulotte Germany where he held a similar post as senior area sales manager South. He joined Haulotte - and the access industry - in January 2007 as team leader spare parts, having spent six years as a salesman with Toyota Deutschland. After nine years looking after spare parts for Haulotte Deutschland he was promoted to aftersales business development manager, moving to regional sales in 2018 and to his recent role three years later.

The move reflects an ongoing restructuring of the sales team at Haulotte Germany, which was ‘completed’ last year with a team of three in the form of Michael Gädtke, Christian Wolf and Sven Willmann - clearly not quite complete. Haulotte has yet to announce Willmann’s replacement.
