Cargotec acquisition Stopped

Cargotec, owner of Kalmar reach stackers, was notified today that its acquisition of competitor, CVS Ferrari, has been banned by the German Kartelamt (competition authority) on the basis of it being anticompetitive.

Cargotec is examining the decision prior to making any comment or decision on how it will react to it...
