French rental company Labrosse Material Solution BTP has added its first 22 metre CTE Zeta 22 truck mounted platform to its fleet.
The Zeta 22 was launched in France at the recent JDL 2024 exhibition but was originally unveiled at the end of 2022 as the replacement for its Zed range of small truck mounted lifts.
The new machine utilises a dual sigma type riser, the lower arm being shorter than the upper one, with the two connected by a clever boomerang shaped linkage. The riser mechanism is topped by a three section telescopic boom with an end mounted platform. Maximum outreach is just over 10 metres with 100kg in the platform at an up & over height of around 9.8 metres, or 8.5 metres with 200kg in the basket and 7.5 metres with the 250kg maximum platform capacity.
The Zeta 22 is equipped with CTE’s S3 EVO system which monitors the actual machine set up and load and adjusts the working envelope for the actual conditions.
Chief executive Damien Labrosse said: “To be competitive in the rental market, it is essential to differentiate yourself by offering innovative solutions and the CTE Zeta 22 is the model that undoubtedly meets this strategy.”
Jean-Noël Ayral Ferance of CTE France handed over the new model and said: "By completing the fleet of ZED 20 platforms with a Zeta 22, Labrosse customers will be able to reach higher and even further."
