UK aerial lift distributor APS (Access Platform Sales) has appointed Dan Coe as digital marketing specialist. He will be responsible for the launch of the comapny's new online parts shop.
Coe joins the company after two years in a similar role at IT consulting company Correla.
He began his career in 2010 with Hi-spec Lens, where he worked in the warehouse for a year before joining the Co-op as a customer service assistant, a role he held for four years. In 2015, he moved to Curtis Bank as a business support administrator, leaving after 18 months for Workplace Solutions as a helpdesk operator, followed by a couple of years as a marketing executive with Spraylat International. In 2019 he took on a similar role at Toynamic. In 2021 he moved to Yu Energy as a digital acquisition manager, joining Correla two years later.
Coe said: “This is an exciting time to join APS. It has a very strong reputation in the work at height sector in terms of the quality of its products and of its after-sales service. Our aim is to complement the excellent work of our sales and after sales teams to give APS customers more choice, faster service, plus easier access to the equipment and technical back-up they need to drive forward their own businesses.
“Developing APS’s online parts shop is the perfect place to begin implementing our new digital strategy because it’s central to our purpose of our business. We want to proactively enable our customers to work at height safety, while maximising their productivity and the lifetime value of the machines they use.”
