Sarens expands in India

Sarens India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with four Indian crane companies in order to meet the growing demand for crane rental, heavy lifting, and transport services in the country.

The four companies are Shethia Erectors and Material Handlers, Barkat Cranes & Equipments, Amrik Singh and Sons Crane Services, and Heft Cranes International.

The agreement is aimed at providing services to a range of industries including oil & gas/petrochemical, power plants, along with infrastructure and industrial construction. The collaboration will offer turnkey project management and other solutions while meeting international standards for safety, health, environment, and quality.

Sarens chief executive Wim Sarens said: “With India experiencing unprecedented growth in infrastructure, renewable energy, and industrial sectors, our collective efforts under this agreement will establish a leading force in crane rental, heavy lifting and engineered transport services.”
