Fatal overturn
A truck crane overturned on Wednesday, February 5th, at the Mitza lime processing plant in Progreso, a port on the Yucatán Peninsula near Cancún. One man died and another was seriously injured when the crane boom came down on a building where people were taking a break.

The boom came down on an occupied building
We have been told that the operator was setting up and testing before carrying out a lift. It looks as though the outriggers on one side were not extended, or punched through the ground, although it is possible that they were pushed in as the crane went over.
