Bricks cause deaths

An 18-year-old man died after being hit by bricks falling from a loader crane while he was underneath it. Gareth Ritson, who worked for a builder in Troon, Ayrshire, was killed on Thursday morning September 13th .

The crane was unloading pallets of bricks a the time.
On Friday a similar accident occurred on a Kier Western construction site in Plymouth, when a 20-year-old man struck by bricks falling from a telehandler. The man is said to have been walking under the load when the load fell.
