First London show in 20 years

Construct Equip 07, the first construction equipment show to be held in London for almost 20 years opens its doors at 10:00 this morning at London's Excel centre.

Organised by the same company that has previously managed the London Hire show, the new exhibition which replaces the Hire show, has an outside demonstration area in addition to the usual inside halls.

Among the 105 exhibitors are many of the large construction names, including CAT and New Holland, of interest to lifting people are the number of telehandler producers exhibiting and Skyking which is showing some of its truck mounted lifts and spider lifts.

The show runs today and tomorrow.
