The SK1265-AT6 eLift has a 10 tonne maximum capacity which it can handle at a radius of more than 13 metres. Its 60 metre jib has a 1,700kg jib tip capacity at a 35 metre horizontal jib height. Maximum lift height is 64.2 metres with jib luffed to 30 degrees.

The eLift system allows the crane to plug into a mains power outlet from a low as 11A to 25A or 32A which can be pre-set, with the power passing through a Lithium-ion battery ‘PowerPack’ which absorbs the peaks in energy draw-down allowing a connection to regular outlets without sacrificing performance. When the power draw is low the battery pack is recharged. The crane is also equipped with a small diesel engine which can generate the electrical power when a mains outlet is not available.
NMT managing director JD Ambridge said: “This acquisition marks another pivotal moment and investment for NMT. The SK1265-AT6 eLift adds unparalleled capacity, speed, and sustainability to our fleet. This is the third Spierings mobile tower crane in the fleet which underlines our trust in the product. Partnering closely with Spierings and showcasing this crane at Vertikal Days, demonstrates responsible growth strategy as we reliably service clients across the country.”
Based in Bedford, Southern England and founded in 1976, NMT runs a fleet of 20 cranes ranging from 40 to 500 tonnes and in addition to the regular construction and industrial related work, has a strong speciality service the TV and film industry.
