Smith and Long join Skyjack

Skyjack has expanded its European customer support operation to meet demand created by its increasing machine population. As part of the expansion Dave Smith has been appointed to the role of European parts manager based in Oswestry, Shropshire.

Smith an access industry veteran has previously worked with Instant Zip-Up and UpRight in senior product support roles. At Skyjack he will be responsible for increasing communication links with customers and improving and maintaining replacement parts support levels.

John Long joins the growing UK field service team at Skyjack as an additional field service engineer.

Skyjack says that “with increased volumes of its product now arriving across Europe these are important pivotal appointments, instrumental in the future success of the Skyjack Global operations”.
