Swiss rental company Airnace has taken delivery of a 125ft LGMG T38JE-2 battery electric telescopic boom lift.
The new platform has a four section telescopic boom with a maximum working height of 40.2 metres and a maximum outreach of 22.3 metres. The platform can handle 450kg at its maximum working height and up to 19.8 metres of outreach, or 300kg at its maximum outreach. The unit is powered by an 80 volt/ 560Ah lithium battery. Stowed length is 14.3 metres, while the overall width is 2.44 metres with the axles retracted or 4.04 metres when extended. Overall height is 2.74 metres and total weight 19,100kg.
LGMG sales manager Carsten Sacher said: “It is a beautiful backdrop for our T38JE-2.”
Airnace offers a full range of aerial work platforms, spider cranes, pick & carry and crawler cranes, along with telehandlers and vacuum lifters. It also works with Indupro to provide aluminium scaffold tower rental. The company was founded in 1999 by Francis Richard to rent out aerial work platforms from a location in Evionnaz - in the Valais region, south of Montreux. Still based in Evionnaz, it now operates from eight branch locations - Fribourg, Tolochenaz, Aclens, Lausanne, Nyon, Montreux, Entremont and Sion.
