Hiab completes ING acquisition

Hiab has completed its acquisition of Brazilian loader crane manufacturer ING Cranes/ ING Guindastes.

The deal, which was agreed in November significantly expands Hiab’s presence in Brazil, particularly in the Brazilian articulated loader crane market.
ING Cranes has revenues of around €50 million with both parties agreeing not to disclose the how much the deal was worth.
