US manufacturer MEC aerial work platforms has appointed Lindsay Stalfort as regional sales manager for the Southwest and Rockies region.

In her new role, she will be responsible for strengthening dealer and customer support across the region, while helping accelerate feedback from customers and new prospects into product decisions, while also ensuring the provision of responsive day to day support for rental fleets.

Vice president of sales for North America Paul Waller said: “As we grow across North America, we are investing in the people who will keep us close to our customers. Lindsay brings deep dealer development experience and a practical, ‘field first’ approach that will help our partners get more from their fleets through stronger support, tighter feedback loops, and better alignment to what crews need on the jobsite.”

Stalfort joined the company as a product manager at the end of last year, after 10 years as a territory manager for Skyjack, covering Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico. She began her career in 1999 as a transaction coordinator with financial services firm CIT, leaving after two years for CNH Capital, the financial arm of CNH – Case New Holland, starting out as a customer service rep, moving up to area sales manager, operating lease analyst and regional leasing manager, before moving into CNH proper as a district manager for a territory that covered six states with seven Kobelco excavator dealerships.

In 2012, she joined Skyjack as an inside salesperson for the western region, leaving after three years for Wacker Neuson, where she was district manager for Arizona and southern Nevada. Less than two years later, she returned to Skyjack, leaving for MEC at the end of 2025.

Speaking of her latest career move, Stalfort said: “MEC has built a reputation for listening to customers and solving real jobsite problems. I am looking forward to working closely with our dealers and rental partners to support their needs and help bring customer feedback back into how MEC continues to grow.”
