US rental company Herc Rentals has appointed Erik Olsson to its board of directors.
Olsson is a former chief executive of storage and site hut container rental company Mobile Mini and prior to that chief executive of major rental rental company RSC until it was acquired by United Rentals in 2012
Erik Olsson Herc chairman Patrick Campbell said: “We are pleased to welcome Erik to the board. His proven leadership across both public and private equity owned companies, combined with his direct industry experience, will bring valuable insight to the board.”
Chief executive Larry Silber added: “We are excited to have Erik join the board. Erik has built a strong reputation as a transformational leader who drives results and executes strategic vision. We are confident that his experience and guidance will be a great asset to our company.”
