Manitowoc adds in mid west

Manitowoc Crane group has appointed Michael Jamieson as a regional business manager covering several states in the Mid West and central USA.

Jamieson will cover Manitowoc crawler cranes and Grove mobile cranes throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.

Jamieson, who was previously with Terex Load King, has more than eight years experience in both retail and wholesale sales of construction equipment and will report to Bob Hixon, Manitowoc’s North American sales director for crawler and mobile cranes.

Hixon said: “Mike’s knowledge of the sale and financing of lifting equipment will enable him to hit the ground running, he will be a valuable resource to our distributor network.”

Jamieson lives in Hudson, Wisconsin but will relocate within his territory in the near future.
