Nordstjernan lifts stake in Rami

Swedish investment company, Nordstjernan AB has acquired additional shares in Finnish based rental company Ramirent which takes its holding to 25.7 percent.

Nordstjernan holds a controlling interest in one of Sweden’s largest contractors, NCC. The family company is a long term owner of companies in a variety of different sectors. It has held a controlling stake in NCC since 1928.

Ramirent is one of the three largest rental companies in Europe, with a large crane and access fleet.
