Hiab acquires in NZ

Truck loader crane manufacturer Hiab has concluded a deal to acquire Zepro Tailgate, it's long time tail-lift distributor, based in Hamilton New Zealand. Zepro sells, installs, repairs and maintains Hiab tail-lift products.

The business will be merged into the newly established Hiab New Zealand Ltd, which will operate from locations in Auckland and Christchurch from the end of June.

Hiab New Zealand will sell and provide related service to all Hiab products, including cranes, demountables, truck-mounted forklifts and tail lifts.

A statement form Hiab said: “This acquisition supports Hiab's strategy of being closer to the customer around the world.”
