Vertikal Days is almost here

Vertikal Days the UK/Ireland event for lifting equipment opens on Wednesday at Haydock Park, the numbers of exhibitors attending is up significantly on last year with several companies launching new models or showing them for the first time.

Liebherr will use the show to unveil its new remote - Bluetooth controls for crane set-up and will show its new three axle 50 tonne LTM 1050-3.1 All Terrain crane, the model on display is sold to Bernard Hunter of Edinburgh and is the first to be delivered in the UK.

Jekko will use the show for the worldwide launch of its first pick & carry crane, the two tonne MPK20W.

The show will also be the first public showing of its new 61 metre S61XDT. City Lifting will show, the new Comansa 11C 90 tower crane, while Dunham crane will unveil a new self erecting crane.

City Lifting is also planning to show its new Terex Demag AC100/4 and might surprise with something else.

Pagliero will have its new 27 metre MX27D articulated telescopic truck mounted lift, which adds to its best selling MX range.

Loader cranes are out in force with on the ALLMI demonstration area, with new models from Hyva and exhibits from Hiab, Terex Atlas, Fassi, HMF, Penny Hydraulics, PM and Effer.

Tower crane safety systems are also very much in evidence with AGS, SMIE and TAC 3000 all exhibiting. The CPA is also hosting a free crane safety seminar, including the launch of its new Tower crane Best Practice guide.
