Modulift to expand in EU

Modulift, the UK and US based Spreader Beam design engineers and suppliers has announced an aggressive growth strategy to increase its coverage across the EU and North America.

Chris Batten, chief executive of the recently formed US business and head of global sales, said: “Now is the perfect time for Modulift to step up to the mark and ensure that anyone engaged in a heavy lift where a spreader beam is required is aware of the company’s products given high steel prices and fuel costs.”

Modulift is focussing on appointing new distributors for its products in Italy, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Referring to reports of slowing markets in some areas, Batten added : “Our price to distributors gives them significant market advantage and flexibility, while our lead generation, marketing and training support makes this a unique opportunity for any sales orientated business to not just weather the storm but expand too.”
