Another example of poor access

Our publication earlier this week of the misuse of a step ladder in Wales nas generated more examples from you around the UK where totally inappropriate access equipment is being used dangerously and often illegally.

Morrisons Supermarket in Blackpool -As if the lack of toeboards and missing guardrail was not enough, a step ladder adds extra height.

The examples do show how much opportunity there still is to increase sales and rentals of the appropriate equipment not to mention proper training.

Perhaps we ought to start a campaign to name and shame those who just dont get the message and put themselves and others at risk?? Your views please.
