Window cleaner falls 12 floors

A self employed window cleaner, Robert Domaszowec, 49, fell to his death from the 12th floor of an apartment block he was working on in Greenwich Village, New York, yesterday.

A career cleaner who knew the building well, he was using a harness attached to anchor points on the building, when it seems, an anchor gave way causing him to fall.
