Here is another example of inappropriate access equipment sent in by a reader from Estonia. You have to wonder quite how this man even managed to find a footing on this grab in order to reach the top of the ducting. It looks like he is cutting it but it is not clear.

Judging by his clothes it looks as though it might be even be raining? Which would make his precarious perch even riskier. Some people just do seem to be have a death wish.
