New Demag for Specialist Hire Group

UK based crane rental company Specialist Hire Group has taken delivery of a new 200 tonne Terex Demag AC200-1.

The new crane is equipped with a 67.8 metre seven section main boom plus 17 metre hydraulic luffing swingaway extension.

The five axle crane is exceptionally compact for its capacity and boom length, with an overall length of less than 15 metres.

The unit was ordered with 17 metre luffing extension for a total of 85 metres

The Specialist Hire Group incorporates Marsden Crane hire, Jardines Crane hire and Telford and heartlands crane hire, with depots in Lancaster, Wigan, Manchester, Telford and Bishop Auckland. The company was 67th in this years Sunday Times chart of the top 100 private equity funded companies with the fastest growing profits.
