World Lift joins IPAF

World Lift Industries, manufacturers of Falck Schmidt and Denka aerial lifts, one of the last remaining major lift producers which is not already a member of the International Powered Access Federation, submitted its application to join at last weeks APEX show.

Brian Falck Schmidt of Worldlift – encouraged by IPAF president John Ball – requested the application forms and agreed to join at the IPAF booth on Thursday.

IPAF is rapidly expanding and could hit 1,000 members sometime in the next two years, with over half the membership now outside of the UK. Most major manufacturers have been members since the early days, but one or two medium sized players, such as Worldlift, have held back from joining before.
