New non-exec for VP

Vp the owner of UK Forks, the UK telehandler rental company has appointed Stephen Rogers as a non-executive director.

Rogers, a mechanical engineer became a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers becoming an audit partner in 1986. He served in a wide variety of roles, including audit, accounting and financial advisory services to UK and overseas clients until his retirement as a Senior Partner in 2007.

Rogers is also a non-executive director of Heywood Williams Group and a trustee of the Leeds Community Foundation and will replace Barrie Cottingham, who will not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting in 2009.
