Buy buy buy

Tanfield - owner of UpRight and Snorkel- non-executive director Colin Billiet has purchased 294,000 shares in the company at a price of 8.35 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Billiet holds 294,000 shares representing 0.08% of the Company's current issued share capital.

This follows chief executive and director Darren Kell who also purchased a further 700,000 shares in the company at the same price, taking his holding in the company to 1.7 million shares.

The company’s closed period ended on September 30th when it published its interim results.
