Instant-UpRight unveils four new products

Instant-UpRight the alloy tower and non powered access manufacturer has unveiled four new products today at its annual distributor and major account meeting.

The new products are the Instant Step-Up a podium step platform with five different platform heights of to 1.4 metres. The unit includes captive outriggers and can fold to go through the narrowest of doors.

The Double Width Snappy builds on the success of its standard Snappy work base but offers greater stability and a larger working platform. Rung spacing is 500mm with a built in ladder.

The company has also launched eight components that will allow customers to convert either its standard Span 300 or Span 400 towers into Stairway towers. The benefit is a 30 percent reduction in the price of a regular stairway along with a 30 percent reduction in weight.

Finally the company was also testing reaction to a fibreglass tower system and Snappy. The company is considering marketing version of the GRP tower made by Advance Scaffold of Australia which it produces at its own plant in China.
Initial reaction to the product was positive but the company will be seeking wider feedback before finalising any agreement with Advance.
