Two killed in Shanghai crane collapse

Two operators were killed when a tower crane collapsed on Tuesday at a power plant in Shanghai, local work safety officials said. The crane is thought to have been undergoing a load test after being delivered.

The accident took place in the Shidongkou power plant, one of three key electricity bases for the financial hub.
