Manitowoc completes Enodis deal Friday

Manitowoc has received the final approval for its acquisition of food equipment company Enodis, its shares will cease to trade on Friday when it should also become part of the Manitowoc group.

The acquisition will end an almost two and a half year battle by Manitowoc to acquire the British listed manufacturer.
