Potain appoints new dealers

Tower crane manufacturer Potain, has appointed two new dealers to handle its line of self erecting tower cranes. Select Equipment of Richmond Virginia and Allstate Crane Rental of Charleston South Carolina to sell its self erecting tower cranes. Select Equipment will cover southern Virginia, while Allstate will cover South Carolina.

Brad Talley, owner of Select Equipment, said: “I have been fascinated with the Potain self-erecting cranes since I first learned about them. I am really glad that I will now be able to offer this fantastic product to my customers. I see a great potential for self-erecting cranes in the southern Virginia area.” Select also handles Fraco mast climbers and Pettibone telehandlers.

James Linton, owner of Allstate Crane Rental added: “This type of crane can be very useful to my customers. It will allow me to offer them more lifting options, and it will make my fleet of cranes more versatile and agile.”

Alstate runs a fleet of mobile and rough terrain cranes with lifting capacities up to 300 tonnes.
