New sales manager for Effer

Loader crane manufacturer Effer has appointed Domenico Polimeni as its new sales manager. Effer’s owner, the CTE Group, says that it hopes that ‘its new manager will lead a more aggressive sales approach.’

Polimeni, 45, has more than 10 years of management experience in the mechanical sector.He began his career in July 1989 at Autogru PM. with the Boni family, working as the export area manager. Five years later, he joined Fassi, where he worked until 2008. Over those years, he continued to earn promotions and help expand the company in the hydraulic crane sector.

“We need to strengthen our commercial branch with a true ‘leader’ said G. Piovan, the Group’s commercial director. “That's why we went with a sales director with proven experience and character who can revamp our commercial policy and help Effer continue to succeed.”

Speaking of his appointment Polimeni said: “The company put its faith in me and I felt like a member of the team almost immediately. I am very excited and can’t wait to provide the company with my experience. The economic situation isn’t great but I’m not afraid to put myself out there and take the steps necessary to bring renewed prosperity to Effer
