Lavendon takes HAE training award
Lavendon Access Services has won the Hire Association of Europe’s ‘Excellence in Training’ Award at a ceremony in London this Saturday.
Graham Arundell, managing director of HAE and EHA, said: “I am delighted that Lavendon Access Services won the Excellence in Training Award. The company has demonstrated an outstanding example of training within its business, and the award really is testament to all those working at Lavendon and the obvious commitment that they share.”
One of the areas that the judging panel identified as key to winning the award was the Lavendon Access Services Academy. Based at the group headquarters in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, the Academy is responsible for welcoming new employees to the company, along with the ongoing development of over 900 staff through a carefully designed suite of courses and projects. The Academy’s key objective is to build upon the knowledge and skills found across the Lavendon family, further enhancing the reputation as the industry’s employer of choice.
